A bike is 'top heavy'

Is a bike less 'top heavy' when the rider only weighs 8 stone against a rider who weighs 16 stone?

quoting a bike weight when dry...when will you ever experience that, and what does that really mean ?

stable sure-footed and secure - just ride the torque...........bikes with feet ?
