Hi all i have a Honda varadero 125cc 2007 bike it has  been sitting for 2 years i have replaced the battery oil + filter spark plugs and air filter when i start the bike and pull the throttle it seems to bog down at 2k after 2k rpm it is fine?  is this a carb issue? i cant seem to fix it i have tried everything. any help  >:(
