Crossgates cafe and filling station

At the juction of the A44 and the A483 - just north of Llandrindod Wells - the perfect place for a stop off, fuel, brew, and comfort break.  Usually quite a few bikers around at weekends, and you're spoilt for great roads in the area.

its ok,,but it seems to close at 5pm every time we return from a long day ride!!!

The roads around cross gates are often staked out by police speed camera traps as I found out with 3 points and ?60 penalty ticket .
