Just out of interest is the Givi box actually fitted yet or are you still trying to sneak up on it and wrestle it into submission

OFM; I managed to get it to fit (-see earlier post in this thread), but it took me a long, long time 

Worked a treat whilst I was away, a lot easier than bungees and tailpacks and all that malarkey.

This is the only photographic proof that I succeeded in fitting it
