Just got an expandable tail bag from Touratech.
Specially designed for the Vara,and fits exactly on the rack. Very high quality product, strong robust materials, which has a clever system which means you can expand it by undoing a zip.Looks the biz on the bike, and is just right for bunging your sarnies, clean shirt and waterproofs in when riding to work.(safer than a rucksack too)
Okay its only holds 13 litres, and someone could nick it cos its not a locking box, but it does do exactly what it says on the tin.
By the way, the link on this site takes you to the German head office site, which allows you to order, but they then e-mail you to say it has been forwarded to the UK agent. This adds two days to your delivery time, plus the Jerry site is in euros and not good old English Quids.
I dont know if its the same, Redeye, but I got an e-mail from the uk agent and they show it as www.touratech.co.uk, which is their agent based in Neath Abbey, Neath.
All in all this is much better quality than say the generic Oxford stuff, and a damm site cheaper than a small Honda topbox.
