Sunday Morning Coffee

Does any one know of any coffee shops open on a Sunday morning?

They must be in Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry, Tyrone, Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Louth, Monaghan or Sligo.

Somewhere that is a run out, coffee, and then home on a Sunday.

Cannot be in Belfast or Newcastle Co. Down

I can only think of one:

Just arrived home from the hols.

You need to get out more.
North coast!!!!
Cushendun, Ballycastle, Portrush, Portstewart. Also Carnlough if you only allowed out for a short run.
Loughshore in Artrim
Cookstown has a few

These are ones that come to mind. But Sunday morning cafes are not restricted to Newcastle.

The reason I ask is that on several occasions I have been looking for a coffee and could not find one.

One morning I left Port Noo and did not get breakfast until Enniskillen in Mac Chucks  :idiot2: , nothing open in Belleek, Kesh, Lisnarick,

Another wet morning was in Banbridge area and had to go to Starbucks on Lisburn road, even tried the outlet store.

Down near Crossmaglen, nothing for miles, had a cup of warm swill from a petrolstation outside, Ballybay yum yum.

The coffee stop is very important to my early morning exploring trips.

Spinnaker in Strangford Co Down open from 0900 on Sundays. I  phoned them to check. It's on LHS coming in from Downpatrick or RHS coming off ferry from Portaferry. if ur going let me know and i will try to meet u. Stephen

I was passed going to the beach over the holidays looks nice.

I managed to escape with Mrs Abused and get a run up the Coast Road,
Very little traffic until Bushmills and the Giants Causeway (hurray for visitors)
Had lunch in Portstewart and then home via Portglenone.
Found another Coffee shop open on Sunday mornings, very busy

I was thinking about trying out Stephen's suggestion Spinnaker in Strangford Co Down
this Sunday Morning 14.08.11.
Meet there at 09.30 and then a run, back home for lunch, all welcome.

Change of plan for Sunday morning, if you are going,
Meet at 08.45 at the Maxol garage 62a Bridge End Belfast Co Antrim BT5 4AE ,
Cruse up the coast to Portaferry over on the boat to Strangford
( tickets generously provided by Ginger Chin ) in to the Spinnaker
for coffee. Bit of a run after and home for lunch.

Shout if you are going so that we can wait for you if you are late arriving.  :good:

I'm really sorry but I can't join you this time. Most Sunday mornings  are no problem but this weekend I am in  Sligo on Saturday night . Not back until Sunday evening. Enjoy and be safe. Next time
