Working my way through the list of stuff to sort on my recently acquired baby Varadero, I found the rear spark plug was not fully seated in the head and less than easy to extract. The thread looks less than reasonable !
To reduce the risk of debris entering the cylinder I fancy using a back tap rather than a traditional fluted tap or spark plug thread chaser, however I can't find a UK supplier of a 10mm - 1.00mm pitch tool. There are plenty of 12mm available from people like Sealey and others, but surprisingly it seems the US is my only hope. That obviously means delivery delay and import tax.
10mm diameter 1.0mm pitch spark plugs are very common here and the tool looks great so why can't I find a supplier.
Any ideas please.
