Hi Guys,
looking to spend a couple of nights in May near Loch Lomond, just wondered if anyone could recommend a biker friendly campsite with a pub nearby ;D.Or even a cheap B&B would do if its typical scottish weather.Any help much appreciated.

I can deffo recomend a nice clean hospitable campsite in West Wales.  Flat field with stunning views and really nice owners.
Just 5 min from Cardigan town and two miles to the nearest beach.  Any Honda Varadero camping will get a discount (Numptyspence being the exception) and a motorcycle tour/pursuit of the area (weather permitting).
My initials are GS, but I ride a Varadero.

Thanks tarwdu,
I'll keep that in mind but I'm off to do a bit of haggis spotting this time. ;)

The question is will the local delicacy of sweet cheeks be in the menu.  ;D

Is that the place from VUK 2008?

Oh no,  its much better than that on all counts.  They even allow camp fires and bought in booze.

Try the campsite at Luss, right on the shore and bike friendly.
Short walk to pub, Colquhoun Arms I think it was, for good food and a few ales.
Was a longer walk back for some reason  :)

Thank you gentleman,
helpful as always.Looks like I'm going to try a camp called Cashel up the east side of the Loch. Then off up to a site called Resipole up on Loch Sunart.Should be fun and will probably all change before then (5 weeks) anyway.Cheers. ::)
