Where can I buy one of these

Spent a lovely hour or two on the weekend frazzling my fingers trying to get to the carb balancing screw on the @. Virtually impossible without pixie hands, a double jointed screwdriver and a mirror.
The solution appears to be this. Apparently, the red handle drive rotates driving the screwdriver bit via a bevel gear. Anybody know where I can buy one?

It may be worth looking to see if you can find a screw that you can get your fingers on. I had one of these on my DRZ
