Varadero and trailer!

Hi!
I like to mount a towbar on my 2003 Varadero.
Does anyone of you folks tell me  where to get one with correct paperwork so that the Norwegian authorities are able to approve the mounting.
I am aiming for Nordkapp with my lady and need to drag a load of accessories to make comfortable

As long as it is CE marked it should not be a problem.
