fork seals

having the fork seal replaced under warranty next week in main dealer but they have said they are only replacing the one that is leaking surely they should do both sides as one will have new oil and one will have old oil causing an uneven suspension set up should i insist  on both sides being done or at least new oil in the side that is ok to match the new oil in the repaired fork  :-\ :o
