Pretty sure the early models (pre-2003) are interchangeable regardless of HISS, but I'd recommend getting pictures of the connectors before buying anything. Just to be safe.

Have you tried giving the whole area a good clean with contact cleaner? Sometimes these sensors can get pretty gunked up and start doing weird things.

Hey mate, have you checked ebay for used akrapovic or arrow systems? They're getting rare but sometimes pop up. Might be worth setting up alerts if you're not in a rush

Yeah its always tricky with these older bikes finding the right parts. I probably would've done the same and grabbed that £75 one while you could.

Hi folks, we got a problem and hope someone have an idea...

At the rev limiter junior suddenly lost lots of power and got a noise from his 2011 Vara 125. After bringing it home on a trailer we started it and took a video, both pipes get warm so it runs on both, but I think maybe something in the valve train has come loose, what do you guys think?

125 Open Forum / Different brake lines?
Last post by Leo - 19/09/24 - 14:22:39
Hi folks!
I think my son's Varadero 125 have a bit of spoungy feel on the brake so I thought I'd try braided hoses. I found a set on ebay, but it says it's for 2007-2008. I would guess that the last generation 2007 and on with injection all have the same brake hoses, but then again, I don't KNOW. So, am I guessing correct that this set will fit my son's 2011 Vara?
