In 2009 some "Green Cars" will pay no road excise duty, but it looks like all motorcycles shall end up paying more than we currently do!

I keep signing these petitions, and the dammed government keep closing them with some half baked answer, blaming Brussels (the place not the vegetable,,, although...) and saying there's nothing they can do about it.
