European Breakdown Cover

Any recommendations for a European Breakdown policy for VIM?

My insurance (fully comp with Carole Nash) has Euro breakdown cover included. I would doubt that they would sell you a recovery policy if you weren't already insured with them

N I C dont cover Poland  young lady suggests that if i do breakdown i push it to the border with Germany were they will gladly recover me and forward me to my destination :idiot2: but i drive a Varadero they dont break down :coolsmiley:

oops i meant NCI ! they came up at 25 quid on the net but then had to fone them to see if they covered poland

I think that from phoning around that I also found that the AA / RAC were the only ones who did this cover for Poland.  Become a member of either and it drops the price by 10-15%.  Even better, ask them to put on the Web discount [ I had a LOVELY lady who was v.happy to give me the discount because I filled her targets].

Check the small print with Euro cover provided with your insurance policy. Some (Roadsure for example) only provide cover for breakdowns and not accidents so if you put uour bike down the road you would not be covered.
