General / Re: VARADERO 1000 CARB STUTTER...

Hi
I have the same issue. Although, mine is stuttering on all revs. I was thinking about the little o-rings on the air cut-off valves; anyone know the correct size of these? And; the little bronze tube: what direction shall it be installed?

If you search for part No   33607-gcm-900   most site say its discontinued a few seem to offer alternatives or generic seals that may fit

Hi All

Looking for a bit of help on identifying and sourcing the rubber seal between the rear indicator amber lens and its reflective mounting point. My baby Varadero (2003 V3) has been treated badly in the past and I am trying to return it to it's former glory, all that is left of the original is a small strip of rubber 'O' section about 3-4 mm diameter which I assume would have been tucked into the reflective moulding.

There appears to be plenty of replacement indicator lens supplies available but no reference to a rubber sealing gasket.

Can anybody please point me in the right direction.

Thank you
Dave

Electrical / Re: XL125V lcd screen issue

The same problem here. XL125 from 2005, and also - temperature line on LCD not working at all, clock line is fine, and odometer line is faulty, showing unreadable numbers...

I think it is not possible to revive this original speedometer, so I would be glad to get some advice on wiring cable diagram - how to connect some alternative Chinese speedometer. There are a lot of such speedometer options on the market.

Think Varadero's come with tubless tyres. Unless you are going off road i wouldn't bother with tubes.
