Xl125 LCD display

My 2006 LCD has started to fail, and need help.

The 1st and 3rd vertical rows, and the first and second horizontal rows have failed and don't display anymore. Only had the bike 4 months and this is a pain.

I seem to be unable to source a replacement dash, but would rather repair, as then I'll keep the correct mileage.

Anyone any idea on how to get the dials out, preferably without having to remove the entire fairing as I don't have the kind of time available to strip the bike and repair.

You should be able to remove it without taking the fairing off, and take it apart when removed.
