Hi folks. Anybody use either of these jackets and matching trousers and feel able to give their opinion as I'm looking at them and would love to hear what others think.

Thanks

What are you looking for? I've had all sorts for Richa and RST jackets and trousers over the years and generally, they have been ok. The only thing that bugs me is that they are sold as waterproof but after a while ( an hours constant rain) they do leak, whether it be around the crotch or the water running down the inside of my sleeves into my gloves, they always leak. Goretex or pro shell is the only answer if you want WATERPROOF, really waterproof. There is a saying that you get what you pay for and it is true with motorcycle gear. (my opinion of course.

All gear can be made waterproof by putting it in the wash and using Nikwax etc.
If you have water running into your glove that isn't a waterproofing issue, thats to do with having the glove inside or outside the sleeve.
