ECM malfunction
Faulty ECM
=Engine does not start

ECM power/ground circuit malfunction
Open circuit at the power input  wire of the ECM
Faulty bank angle sensor
Open circuit in bank angle sensor related circuit
Faulty engine stop relay
Open circuit in engine stop relay related wires
Faulty engine stop switch
Open circuit in engine stop switch related wires
Faulty ignition switch
Blown PGM-FI fuse (20 A)
Open circuit in engine stop  switch ground
=Engine does not start

No blinks
ECM output line malfunction
ECM output voltage line {Yellow/Red wire short circuit.
=Engine does not start

MIL circuit malfunction

There is a plug that I think can be used for a specialised Honda diagnostics connection but thats not what the MIL is.

It's the FI light on your dash. If it flashes when you first switch on the ignition it's a code telling you there is a fault.

If the FI light doesn't flash then the ECU has not detected a fault.

At the moment it is off. I'm going to remove the
Air box and check the injectors.

At same point I'm going to make a code like
Air temperature because I will have to crank over the engine to see if they are working.

So it's very handy to know. At the moment I can't find it yet.
