So... Been a while since anyone posted, but here is my review of the Avon storm 3D tyres that my 'dero was fitted with when I got it..
Managed to finally get away for a long weekend to Wales with some mates.
Around 850 miles in grey but dry, wet and cold, warm and bright, motorways, main roads and back lanes...
I am impressed.. even on Sunday when I split away to head home over the hills on a wet twisty road, in the most from Bala heading east, I was able to push on and really enjoy the twists and turns, even on a wet road.. certainly they inspired confidence in these conditions. Been very impressed with the dry grip too..
My brother has been running them on a VFR and a Fazer 1000 and really rates hem too and he has done a lot of miles on them. Like 20-25k...
