Proper grade oil

Can anyone advise what the recommended grades of engine oil are for a 2008 Varadero please? I didn't get an owners manual when i bought the bike and the dealer knows less than nothing about them here in Canada. wondering in particular what the grade ranges which are acceptable for use according to the owners manual.
